The CINEGEARS Motion Control System consists of three essential components, each serving a specific purpose:

1. The Controller:

   • This controller is lightweight and durable, designed with user-friendly, simplified controls.
   • Customers familiar with other CINEGEARS products will find it consistent in terms of quality and button layout.
   • It features a backlit screen that allows you to input various parameters, offering control and customization.
   • The controller provides the flexibility to switch between automatic and manual modes, catering to different shooting scenarios and preferences.

2. The Motor:

   • The motor is a high-performance and robust component of the system.
   • It seamlessly synchronizes with the controller through a straightforward button press, ensuring easy setup.
   • This motor is powerful enough to drive a slider vertically, offering versatile motion control capabilities.
   • It offers multiple connection methods to secure the gear and rubber belt tightly, accommodating various setup configurations.
   • You can connect the motor to your slider using standard screws or a combination of a rubber belt and a gear.
   • This configuration is particularly suited for time-lapse cinematography and photography, providing a "set it and forget it" capability.

3. The Camera Plate:

   • The camera plate is designed to be compatible with almost any camera, providing versatility in camera selection.
   • It incorporates two safety stops, one on each side of the plate, designed to halt the plate at the end of the slider's range.
   • These safety stops serve to protect the motor from overheating or overexertion.
   • The plate connects to the motor via a 5-pin Lemo cable, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
   • It also includes a level bubble to assist in ensuring that your shots are perfectly level and aligned.
