CINE RC ESC Pairing with Remote - Throttle Control
In this video, we are going to show you how to get an ESC paired with a remote, ensuring correct throttle control. The first thing we are going to do is connect our electric motor and batteries.
If your ESC is already installed in a car, just connect the batteries. To perform this pairing process, you need to have a remote receiver connected to the long red white and black cable seen here. The white wire should be closest to the numbers on the receiver. We are connecting to port number 2 because our remote is using channel number 2. Make sure your remote and receiver are already paired. If they are not paired, you will not be able to continue to the next step. Look for your remote manual to learn how to pair to a receiver. Turn on the remote and long press the power button attached to the ESC until the LED light turns solid blue. Then, hold full throttle on your remote until the light stops flashing red. Hold full reverse until it stops flashing blue. Finally let the throttle rest in neutral position until it stops flashing purple. Hold the power button until the light turns off, then release the button, turning the device off. Once you turn the device back on, you should be able to accurately control your RC car through the remote.
